The 553 mini has White Grivory handle and S30Vblade with a pattern handle helps keep the knife's weight light to carry. The AXIS lock, dual thumb studs and reversible pocket clip make it for right and left handers. The Mini Bugout 533 features a grey finished CPM-S30V blade with a plain cutting edge.
